Eugenia did her bachelor's degree at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where she studied International Business Economics. After, she moved to the Netherlands to do a Research Master in Social and Behavioral Sciences, and she graduated with honors. Currently, Eugenia is doing her Ph.D. at St Gallen University as part of the Organization Studies and Cultural Theory (DOK) program.
Eugenia is current working as a Research Assistant at IRI. She is part of the "PLAID" lab led by Prof. Jamie Gloor – Paths to Leadership that Advance Inclusion and Diversity. Previously, she had worked as a Research Assistant at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
