The human-centered approach of entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurs are the heart and center of entrepreneurship. We focus on the human-side of the entrepreneurial journey, by understanding how entrepreneurs form new venture teams, how leaders emerge in these teams and how individual entrepreneurs and new venture teams learn in this journey. The principle of “human-centered” guides both our research lens (i.e., what and where to place our research focus) and our action (i.e., what is needed to create impact).
